The agent screen provides a complete overview of the account holder detail and history, no need to click around through various screens to get required data.
Notes are used to capture account holder interactions, complete with actions codes, follow-up dates, promise to pay detail and more. History of notes are available and can be viewed to recall past interactions.
Contact and address detail can be added or updated, with options to flag either as active, inactive and last used. This data becomes invaluable when creating campaigns.
Scripts may contain keywords such as title, account balance, name, surname, account number and is configured by management.
When the account loads on the agent screen, the kewords in the script gets populated with the relevant account holder details
